MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Knowledge of State of Connecticut DEEP FOG Model Program; ability to understand and interpret DEEP laws, codes and regulations in relation to FOG; ability to prepare written reports involving the presentation of facts and data; ability to deal with the public in a courteous manner ability to work independently; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to maintain effective relationships with other divisions, departments employees, and outside agencies; ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with commercial customers; must support team concept; must be able to work flexible hours as required; computer proficient; must possess valid drivers' license.
