p>With minimal supervision, this position is responsible for assisting the Independent Contractor Relations Manager with implementation and facilitation of field and corporate level policies, procedures, training, auditing programs to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations and the Independent Contractors Agreement (the "IC Agreement"). Maintain the Independent Contractor Relations SharePoint database that houses complaints and investigations with current, concise and factual data by tracking information regarding IC Agreement, amendment, corrective action, safety compliance violations, notifications, claims etc.
