Geriatrics - Participate in Clinical Ladder program as applicable - Must plan, organize, and implement patient treatment - Must coordinate patient treatment schedule with other PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, and rehab technicians - Must participate in PI projects, committees, and teams and report as appropriate - Establish and revise new and existing treatment protocols, policies and procedures - Interact with team members, physicians, nursing personnel, social workers, payers, and other medical staff in person, by phone, and/or written communication - Extensive contact with patients and visitors both in person and by phone.
