Unload and organize inventory in the designated storage area Maintain accurate records of received goods and report discrepancies to procurement Process returns and replacements for defective or incorrect items/material Assist in inventory control and stock management Ensure all receiving documents are completed and filed correctly for quality control Identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize safety hazards Perform other duties as required or assigned Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience `5+ years Shipping/ Receiving experience 1+ years of experience and knowledge of Matrix parts is preferred OR equivalent experience in Steel Fabrication Understands and enforces all Matrix / OSHA safety polices Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Thorough understanding of how to utilize various blueprint drawings Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scheduling information, MTR's and Job Work Orders Basic computer skills; working knowledge of scheduling/tracking material movement utilizing various software packages Legible Printing / Handwriting skills; ability to read tape measure Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record (if operating company vehicles) Forklift experience is a plus Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs.
