High school diploma or GED required • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to work as a part of a team and independently monitor progress • Knowledge of equipment and materials used in cleaning operations and best practice • Valid TN Drivers License • Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: • Requires strenuous physical activity, including: lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally over 50 lbs with assistance), operating cleaning equipment, standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending and stooping, indoor and outdoor work assignments, exposure to cleaning chemicals and use of related equipment, ability to climb ladders for overhead tasks, ability to respond promptly during off-hours emergencies, if required. • Clean assigned areas, including classrooms, offices, gyms, restrooms, cafeterias, multipurpose rooms, and district grounds.
