div>Ā· Primary point of contact for clients during reconstruction projects
Ā· Provide project updates, request documents, and set clear expectations
Ā· Collect and audit daily site reports, photos, and job documentation
Ā· Organize and maintain job files in Encircle
Ā· Assemble estimates using Xactimate (preferred)
Ā· Track contracts, invoices, submittals, approvals, and deadlines
Ā· Support invoicing and collection calls (deductibles and balances due)
Ā· Coordinate communication with vendors, adjusters, and internal teams.
Ā· Strong written and verbal communication
Ā· Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ā· Comfortable with direct conversations and persistent follow-up
Ā· Microsoft Office proficiency
Ā· Restoration / construction admin experience preferred
Ā· Xactimate experience preferred but not required.
