Key Requirements and Technology Experience: ServiceNow Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with: ServiceNow SPM (Demand, Project, Portfolio, Investment Management) ServiceNow Platform Configuration, Workflows, Flow Designer ACLs, roles, approvals, and security model Reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics (preferred) Experience integrating ServiceNow with finance, time, HR, and DevOps systems Strong understanding of configuration vs customization best practices Functional & Domain Knowledge IT Demand Management and Portfolio Governance IT Financial Management, project accounting, CAPEX/OPEX concepts Release Management and Change Governance Stage-gated delivery models and enterprise PMO processes 7-10 years of ServiceNow platform experience 3+ years implementing ServiceNow SPM / ITBM modules Experience working in complex enterprise environments with governance boards Experience supporting post go-live operations and audits Certifications (Preferred)-ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM / ITBM ITIL certification (preferred) Our client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
