Human Resources ClerkExamples of Duties and Responsibilities: Answers phones and helps internal and external customers who come into the HR office; Review and update callout records daily and relay absence calls to appropriate supervisor; Photocopies, posts and removes Internal Job Opening postings, and Employee Bulletins; Prepare new hire paperwork to include all documents that require actual signatures; Process all new hires on first day to include confirming new employees have completed their Onboarding documents in Dayforce, creating identity badges, issuing parking permits, and documentation check; Process all new temporary employees and enter them into Dayforce. Ability to stretch, bend, and stoop; Ability to drive an electric cart throughout the facility; Most work tasks are performed indoors where the temperature is moderate and controlled by office environment systems; Ability to work (sit and/or stand) at a desk for the majority of the workday; walking and/or standing may be required for the remainder of the workday.
