Option Two: A masters degree from an accredited four-year college or university in either Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Administration, Public Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or Behavioral Sciences, or a related field; and Three (3) years of public sector human resources experience, including one (1) year of supervisory or management experience.
