Qualifications and Skills ⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field desired but not required; additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree ⢠PHR, SPHR, or CCP certification highly desired ⢠Minimum of 10 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced professional environment ⢠Understanding of compensation, including experience with benchmarking, salary surveys, bonus plans, gap analysis, banding, rewards, strategic HR, and retention initiatives ⢠Experience providing HR services to federal government contractors ⢠Proven experience designing and implementing organization-wide HR systems aligned with business goals ⢠Ability to provide executive-level coaching and guidance on performance management, career development, employee relations, leadership development, and succession planning ⢠Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships ⢠High level of discretion, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail ⢠Knowledge of federal and state HR compliance, including FLSA, FMLA, OFCCP, COBRA, and USERRA ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities ⢠Administer salary programs, job evaluations, performance appraisals, merit increases, incentive plans, and employee benefits, including life, health, disability insurance, and retirement plans ⢠Partner closely with clients to ensure HR programs align with business strategies and organizational goals ⢠Leverage integrated HR and management processes to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and positive outcomes ⢠Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to client needs ⢠Conduct engaging new hire orientations, both in person and via web conference ⢠Provide guidance on HR best practices and support organizational development initiatives ⢠Serve as a collaborative, responsive point of contact for clients, employees, and internal teams.
