The Enhancement Crew Supervisor assists the Enhancement Manager and/or the Operations Manager to help ensure the successful completion of enhancement jobs for assigned crew leaders and crew members.
The Horticulture Crew Supervisor assists the Operations Manager and/or the Horticulture Field Production Manager to help ensure the successful completion of horticulture visits for assigned crew leaders and crew members. Responsibilities include all aspects of horticulture including, but not limited to crew coordination, crew training, material sourcing/ procurement, and actual performance of horticulture visits alongside assigned crew leaders and crew members.
