The People & Development Manager will be primarily responsible for the daily maintenance of company policies, procedures, and practices including employee relations, worker's compensation, leave of absence administration and recruitment.

Responsible to monitor the use of petty cash which includes submission of all receipts per transition to the Custodian(s) and ensures that transactions of bus tokens/ tap cards for residents are accurate and can be accounted/reconciled by the Accounting department.
