OverviewThe Role As a Kitchen Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the back of house from the line, develop your BOH team, manage costs, and execute food quality consistently across every service period and event.
This may be accomplished through active calling efforts and referrals from existing customers, providing the CNB exemplary level of service, identifying and promoting solutions to customer needs, and maintaining an active calling program. Represents the Bank by actively participating in outside civic and community affairs, business and industry-related organizations, and other professional activities as appropriate.
p>The Director, Business Development Hospitality is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the Hospitality segment, with a specific focus on full-service hotels and resorts, casinos (excluding Las Vegas and Atlantic City), and golf/country clubs. This role is a pure new-business hunter position with regional scope (Southeast, Northeast, Central and West) accountable for developing and executing growth strategies that expand US Foods presence and reputation as a preferred partner within these hospitality verticals.
The Hospitality Project Executive is responsible for the management and coordination of the project team (or teams); and, in conjunction with the Project Manager and General Superintendent, assumes corporate-level responsibility and accountability for the success of the hospitality project(s) they are assigned to. Oversee and monitor all change management processes, ensuring changes are clearly communicated to hospitality clients with sensitivity to budget constraints and operational impacts.
The Hospitality Superintendent is responsible for the effective management of all field operations on the hospitality project they are assigned to; and, in conjunction with the Project Manager, assumes overall responsibility and accountability for all factors contributing to the success of the project. Coordinate procurement with the construction schedule, with special attention to long-lead healthcare items such as imaging equipment, air-handling units, medical gas components, nurse call systems, and specialized MEP equipment.
