The Juvenile Supervision Officer works directly with high-risk/need juvenile offenders and their families in the community that would otherwise be detained, monitors individuals through community face-to-face contact, alcohol and drug testing, and electronic home monitoring, reports to courts and partnering agencies regarding juvenile's progress and provides mentorship for clients. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with DA, Public Defender, private attorneys, Social Services, IMPACT, Mental Health, law enforcement, other counties' CYDC personnel, CJS, courts, clerks, judges and magistrates, as well as members of the public.
