Typical Duties Help children develop socially, intellectually, physically, and emotionallyPlan, document, and implement daily lesson plans and special activitiesAttend staff meetings, training and other related meetings as requestedResponsible for all consultation(s) with parentsMaintain current records, perform tasks associated with the education component, and assure confidentialityMaintain proper supervision of children at all times indoors and outdoorsDocument and implement integration of component events in the classroom (i.e., handwashing, toileting, tooth brushing, preparing children for health services and community visits)Report any children concerns to the (assigned) Parent, Family, Community, and Engagement Advocate Report suspected child abuse or neglect to the immediate supervisorInsure daily implementation of the family style food serviceSupport and assist volunteers serving in the education programAssume other task-related duties as requested Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
