The Nurse Clinician works collaboratively with the other COC team members, University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital faculty/staff, patients and families, and external providers/agencies in coordinating the care of designated patients throughout their inpatient admission(s), discharge to home/community agencies, and return to the University of Iowa Children's Hospital for follow-up ambulatory visits.
