Conduct final inspections on all completed repair work, with particular attention to reviewing and verifying the work performed by Junior Technicians, to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness before returning vessels to customers. Mercury Technician 300 Certifications (Outboard and MerCruiser) or equivalent; alternatively, candidates may qualify through a combination of trade school training (Marine Mechanic, Automotive Technology, or similar) and significant hands-on experience.

Operate tools and equipment to include bucket trucks (CDL and non-CDL), chainsaws, hand saws, front end loaders, backhoes, chains, hand tools, pole saws, ropes, lowering devices, dump truck (CDL), skid steer, ditch witch, stump grinder, chipper, large sprayer, spider lift, and excavator. Mental Demands: Frequently requires time pressures, frequent change of tasks, performing multiple tasks simultaneously, tedious or exacting work, noisy/distracting environment, emergency situations, irregular schedule/overtime and working closely with others as part of a team.
