Preparation of NEPA documents, including Programmatic Categorical Exclusions (PCEs), Categorical Exclusions (CEs), and Environmental Assessments (EAs) and other related planning documents including Virginia Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) with a focus VDOT's Locally Administered Projects (LAP) program and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) documents. Additional tasks may include permit application preparation for 401/404 Clean Water Act, Virginia Water Protection (VWP) permit program, and Virginia Marine Resources Commission authorizations or other natural resources work as needed.
