MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct interviews with individuals and/or family members in a therapeutic manner so as to obtain critical and thorough information, provide written documentation of information obtained and exercise good judgment in evaluating situation, making decisions and implementing effective strategies.
