The Specialist, Behavioral Health, School Based will work closely with the classroom teachers and school staff, and be involved in the formulation and implementation of the child's school plan and behavioral health care plan; and provide case management services to students and community members as part of an active treatment plan, in school, in the home and in the community. Reporting to the Supervisor, School-Based Services, and the Manager, School-Based Services, the Specialist, Behavioral Health, School Based will provide an array of services in the school and classroom to support students, teachers, and staff.
