p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Health Care Management, or Business Administration required Three to five years clinical experience in clinical practice area of interest in an academic medical center or tertiary hospital setting required Teaching and leadership experience preferred Experience with Health Stream Learning Management System desired. Ability to prioritize work independently and meet deadlines Positive negotiation and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of policies and procedures Ability to synthesize and prioritize knowledge Ability to tailor teaching to different learning styles Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
