Set rooms according to custodial work sheet and customer specifications; arrange, move, and/or replace furniture, supplies, and miscellaneous equipment from room to room as requires; report items requiring repair to supervisor and/or group leaders; perform minor repairs to furniture and building fixtures. Task requires the use of dust mop, portable vacuum, hand duster, counter brush, ladder, scaffolds, screwdriver, spray bottle, bucket, sponge, cloth, eye protection, filter mask, light bulbs and tubes, various chemical products, etc.
