ESSENTIAL TASKS: Operate automatic grinders to finish grind, spot s grind, and grind billet to desired shape and dimensional tolerances for superalloy and titanium billet in a variety of shapes and configurations. Set-up includes proper setting of grinder wheel speed, feed rates, and head pressure control, holding fixture, clamps and turning apparatus.
