Major Responsibilities and Duties: Complete routine conditioning and servicing of installed air refrigeration systems and components including: compressors, condensers, valves, coils, cooling towers, heat pumps, motors, belts, bearings, fans, filters, piping, wiring, control systems thermostats, ducting, heat exchangers, pumps, water source heat pumps, actuators and other appurtenances. Reports To: Lead HVAC Technician Work Year Days: 250 Salary: Actual salary will be calculated based on experience Primary Purpose: To provide support to the Maintenance Department by tracking and processing the maintenance requests and completing preventative maintenance of departmental equipment and facilities related to HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
