Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Plano, TX 75074
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable or possible temp to perm)
Shift: 7:00AM – 4:30 PM M-Th & 7:00AM-3:30PM for on Friday
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9/80 Everyother Friday off
Must- Haves (Hard Skills)
High School Diploma with 4 years experience or 2 years college and two years revelant experience
Ability to lift forty lbs with occasional 2 person lifts
instruction provided by facility manager
Basic computer skills
Maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, etc.). Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
General knowledge of electrical
Experience with hand tools

Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, drawings, and specifications. Requires knowledge of applicable standards or regulations, and may require specific trade certifications.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 1 to 2 years of prior related experience.
