The General Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the Pizza Inn experience through serving the guest in a team member capacity, directing team members, and overseeing all aspects of the operation, including recruitment, development, scheduling, forecasting, ordering, inventory, performance management, guest service, financial performance, and reporting. Must have basic math skills and have the ability to handle money efficiently and accurately, with or without a calculator or POS system.
