Summary of Position:
Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Certificates and Licenses: Lifeguard, CPR/AED and first Aid certification required. Not just a passion for kids or a passion for swimming…it’s a special passion for changing – even saving – lives, by being a part of kids learning to swim.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
- Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and dealership staff to establish sales processes and recommend daily unit sales.
