This position will be involved in supplementing all critical planning functions to include, but not limited to, labor relations, planning, expense management, labor, efficiencies, safety, workers' compensation, ergonomics, management and development, succession planning, supply/material procurement, and maintenance. This position provides support to the General Manager and will help lead and direct, lead, and motivate the operations team to achieve safety, food safety, operational, Human Resources, and financial goals.
