NewProject Manager - Consumer Initiated Testing (Remote) Quest Diagnostics IncProject Manager - Consumer Initiated Testing (Remote)Pittsburgh, PARemoteResponsibilities: • Lead cross functional teams to identify, develop and implement product/solutions addressing unmet customer needs that will drive profitable growth in sub-segment• Develop sub-segment annual Operating Plan (AOP) in concert with Value Delivery partners• Execute effective life-cycle management across the sub-segment through robust cross-functional team management• Work with Value Delivery partners to achieve agreed revenue, volume and margin targets in AOP• Partner with Marketing on product/solution marketing strategy and mix• Rigorously assess new products/solutions to enable prioritization within R&D, IT and Operations• Generate customer insights to define customer/market sub-segment requirements to set product/portfolio solution, priority setting, risk management• Define and manage product/service sub-segment metrics (including TAT and other potential requirements such as billing programs, prior authorization etc.)• Assure the voice of customer is brought into the in-line and product/solution creation process• Understand the competitive landscape to insure we have winning solutions in development and in the marketplace• Understand continuum of care requirements and gaps• Solution Vision- aid in collaborating to develop clear and compelling solutions aligning with goals and segment strategy• Solution Development- Support in creating and maintaining a clearly defined strategy aligned to markets and future offerings• Market Research- Compile market research data to support identification of trends• Product Roadmap- aid in tailoring and managing defined product roadmap, prioritizing by size and scale of initiatives measured over outcomes, opportunity, and profitabilityQualifications: Required Work Experience: • 5+ years relevant experience in healthcare, preferable with at least 3 years in marketing & product management • Knowledge of Quest Diagnostics go-to-market strategy and alignmentsPreferred Work Experience: • Previous P&L management experience preferred• Detailed knowledge of Quest Diagnostics Clinical Franchises and its organizationPhysical and Mental Requirements: • Manage multiple priorities, adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate• Working on a computer for long periods of timeKnowledge and Skills:• Past record of achieving revenue, volume and margin targets • Development of Strategic Plan• Development of annual operating plan• Discretionary management of portfolio spendEducation:Bachelor''s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing and/or Product ManagementAdvanced degree/MBA preferred66142Quest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
