Two (2) years of experience serving Institutional/Residential population, and/or proof of at least one of the following credentials: Certified Culinarian (CC), Certified Sous Chef (CSC), Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC), and Certified Executive Chef (CEC), or any equivalent combination of training and experience, such as military, correctional, or law enforcement, which provides the required knowledge, abilities, and skills. Writes program reports; documents program progress; reviews daily, weekly, and monthly reports and case files; prepares reports for internal and external reviews and audits; provides information regarding problem resolution, program progress, staff development.
