Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment including folding/stacking cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect the cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of beverages on the menu, including characteristics of wine and champagne by the glass, major wines, liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, terminology, and garnishes.
