Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, Inc.Production Support Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, Inc.Production SupportGolden, COHigh School degree or equivalent is required 2-5 years of warehouse experience required Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in food production preferred Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and concisely Has good attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness is a must Basic computer skills required Manual pallet jack and electric pallet jack experience preferred Forklift certification a plus Ability to work with others in a fast-paced team environment Flexibility with working hours to accommodate warehouse needs Must be reliable and on time every day Able to work in seasonally warm or cool environment Able to assist in other departments as needed Exposure to 5s and Lean manufacturing methodologies preferred Must have current Colorado Drivers License. • Palletize and wrap finished product • Label pallets of finished product • Pull pallets of finished product from production area to warehouse staging area • Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and free of debris • Provide Machine Operators with all materials and supplies needed for packaging • Perform all tasks in a manner that promotes safety • Assist in other warehouse tasks such as inventory, housekeeping, and warehouse organization • May be assigned to other warehouse duties as needed.
