Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director of Food and Nutrition Services, the Diet Clerk is responsible for patient contact, nutrition care, diet compliance, patient menu management, data collection, and communication of patient needs. OakBend’s services and programs include its signature No Wait ER, an advanced trauma center, certified stroke program, hospital air ambulance services and a hospital-based skilled nursing facility.
