TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Window Clerk in Baytown!

Responsibilities:

• Check OTR and port drivers in and out of the warehouse.
• Verify driver credentials, load information, seals, and temperature data.
• Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and trailers.
• Communicate with drivers, on-site operations, and mule drivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Warehouse or distribution experience with commercial drivers preferred.
• Accurate data entry skills using Excel and other systems.
• Strong attention to detail when documenting seals and temperatures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and security protocols.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, with light movement throughout the workday.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 2:30PM - 11:00PM

Pay: $18/hour
