Key Responsibilities- Device Setup and Support: Set up, configure, and troubleshoot tablets, handheld devices, laptops, desktops, scanners, and other site technology; assist with device deployment, user setup, password resets, application access, and basic account support; ensure devices are charged, connected, labeled, assigned, and ready for use; support device inventory tracking and return/replacement coordination.
