Senior Simulation Software Engineer, GNC

You will contribute directly to how our vehicles are analyzed, tested, and brought into commercial service; working in an environment that values collaboration across Aerodynamic, Thermal, External Loads, and Aeroelasticity disciplines. As part of a unified System Analysis team, you'll work at the intersection of loads, dynamics, aeroelasticity, aerodynamics, and thermal, helping shape how these disciplines integrate across the full vehicle lifecycle.

Virgin Galactic Holdings Inc

Specialist Engineer, Loads & Dynamics

Define the simulation strategy — determine how the spacecraft design, simulation, and digital twin tool and Vast’s flight-validated 6DOF physics sim (GTsim) work together, what fidelity is needed for upfront system design vs flight readiness. Vast is rapidly developing its multi-module Haven Station to ensure a continuous human presence in space for America and its allies, enabling advanced microgravity research and manufacturing, and unlocking a new space economy for government, corporate, and private customers.

Senior GNC Engineer

Castelion is bringing a new approach to defense development and production: one that focuses on short, iterative design cycles, rapid testing in development, and modern commercial manufacturing strategies for production at scale. Act as the technical expert for the overall system and piece-part components, leading component & system anomaly root cause investigations and with data-driven rationale to determine hardware disposition & corrective.

Lead Avionics Engineer

If the position is so designated, your employment in the role may be contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain the required U.S. Government security clearance or other government authorization, and to satisfy any citizenship or other eligibility requirements imposed by applicable law, regulation, executive order, or government contract requirements.
