Design, construction, and/or maintenance of basic building components and finishes, electrical and lighting systems, HVAC systems, potable water and sanitary sewage, including gravity and forced main systems, fire alarm and fire protection systems, utilities and communication systems. Major responsibilities of this position include management of consultants and contractors, design oversight, procurement support, construction monitoring and oversight, coordination of tenants, business partners and other RDU departments, as well as a range of other responsibilities needed to ensure the successful outcome of projects.
