As a Neonatal Respiratory Therapist, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary care team committed to delivering high-quality care to neonatal patients.

Key Responsibilities of the Neonatal Respiratory Therapist- Independently admit and manage vented patients in Level 4 neonatal/NICU
- Set up and manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation devices, including Bubble CPAP and High-flow therapy
- Administer surfactant and manage inhaled nitric oxide therapy
- Attend high-risk deliveries and manage high frequency ventilation (HFOV and HFJV)
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team
Requirements of the Neonatal Respiratory Therapist- 1+ year Neonatal or PICU Critical Care experience
- Experience managing patients on high-frequency ventilation
- Proficiency in administering surfactant and managing inhaled nitric oxide therapy
- PALS certification
