As HR Coordinator (Recruitment and Operations) you will be responsible for executing all recruiting and hiring processes for hourly and salaried positions across our multi-state and international workforce. You will be the key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and internal HR team members, in delivering consistently exceptional candidate / employee experiences across all locations. This position reports to the Director of Culture, Talent Acquisition and Employee Development, with back-up support to the HR team. Work Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday with flexible work initiatives following a successful training period. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Proactively represent ARDEX at local career fairs and engage in outreach with high schools and colleges</li><li>Develop innovative recruiting strategies using social media and networking</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process</li><li>Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and salaried positions:
