p>The First Officer will be responsible for assisting the Captain in all aspects of flight operations of the assigned aircraft for the planned route of flight to include aircraft airworthiness, weight and balance, and on time pick-up and delivery of air transported, time sensitive medical cargo. When determining a team members base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
