Qualifications and Requirements: • BA Degree • Masters degree in business administration, accounting, or finance preferred • Knowledge of acceptable financial principals • Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems to supply the most accurate financial information • Experience & Abilities: • Must have a minimum of 7 - 10 years' experience in a senior - level position and 5 years in non-profit accounting and Federally Qualified Health Centers • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills • Report writing preferred • Highly organized and work effectively with other IT team members • Licensure and Certifications • C.P.A. General Summary: Plan, organize and direct the Financial Department including the development, interpretation, coordination and administration of South-Central Family Health Centers (SCFHC) policies and procedures on finance, accounting, insurance, financial/accounting systems, internal controls and auditing.
