Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all aspects of procurement for materials, supplies, and servicesDevelop and lead procurement initiatives focused on cost reduction, vendor optimization, and process improvementEstablish and maintain purchasing policies, procedures, and approval workflowsEnsure procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policiesServe as a procurement resource to internal stakeholders to support pricing, quality, and delivery objectivesDevelop and maintain vendor evaluation programs, including tracking quality, responsiveness, and on-time deliveryCollaborate with group purchasing or strategic sourcing partners as applicablePrepare procurement reports and perform analysis on purchasing activity and spendDevelop, manage, and monitor the departmental budget, ensuring expenses remain within approved limitsIdentify, document, and implement continuous improvement opportunities across procurement operationsTrain and support staff on purchasing protocols and best practices. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)4+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain managementStrong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing systemsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills.
