To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA is a plus • Minimum 7 years of progressive financial, business partnership, & leadership experiences • Demonstratable project & change management experiences desired • Understanding and exposure to digital technology, industry trends and familiarity with Technology Business Management (TBM) • Experience working with tools like SAP, Power Bi, Excel • Experience in a multi-national, matrix organization desired; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is a bonus • Effective communication and ability to build a compelling business case • Strong analytical skills with strong understanding of business, finance, and economics principles.
