Responsibilities:ā¢Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, talent development, and business partnership excellence⢠Lead and report out recurring FP&A responsibilities, including the annual operating plan (budget), monthly forecast and 5-year plan for the Lab Modality Operations teams⢠Partner with operational leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic initiatives, capital investments, cost optimization opportunities, and productivity improvements, ensuring financial resources are aligned with enterprise priorities⢠Provide financial leadership and governance for enterprise-wide operational investments and transformation initiatives, develop sophisticated business cases, scenario analyses, return-on-investment assessments, and value realization frameworks⢠Create financial models for Enterprise Operations investments and savings, including calculation of return on investment and payback period⢠Review of monthly financials and KPIs related to Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategic Agility and Facilities in accordance with company policies and US GAAP⢠Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital finance capabilities across Enterprise Operations and Finance, identifying opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, decision quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes⢠Build strong partnerships across Finance, Operations, Procurement, Human Resources, and Corporate Functions to drive alignment, improve financial discipline, and support achievement of organizational goalsExperience & Required Qualifications:ā¢Bachelorās degree in finance or equivalent work experience requiredā¢Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership roleā¢Proven success supporting business partners, with prior experience supporting enterprise operations departments considered a plus⢠Proficient in Excel with a solid knowledge of data and model building; proficient in utilizing dashboard tools (Tableau preferred)⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills⢠Proactive attitude and taking initiative to engage and align with executive leaders⢠Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time⢠Ability to lift up to 15 poundsā¢Up to 10% travel (within the US) Position Summary:The Senior Manager, Finance is a strategic finance partner to the Enterprise Operations leaders supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic guidance for Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategic Agility and Facilities.
