p>Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field or equivalent education training and experience • Continuing education in the area of management and business preferred • 10 years in MEP trade management, preference to electrical, and managing profitable projects with a proven ability to improve margin on the project • Computer proficiency capable of operating MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Project • Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of the MEP industry • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Actively participates in developing "Must Win" strategies for project pursuits, including estimate reviews, fabrication strategies, labor productivity rates, crew ratios, constructability plans, and field execution planning.
