While this role does not have any direct reports, it is considered a Leader of People with required competencies: Sizing up People, Delegation, Planning, Customer Focus and Conflict Management as well as Functional/Technical Skills, Action Oriented, Problem Solving, Learning on the Fly, and Interpersonal Savvy. Monitor assigned flocks (i.e. bird comfort, equipment settings, culling, health issues, animal welfare, bio security, etc.) to ensure producers comply with all company policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and federal and State policies, regulations and laws when handling poultry; report non-compliance and/or abnormalities to appropriate personnel.
