Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain draft beer and beverage dispensing systems for commercial customers; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and flow-control issues; perform preventative maintenance, cleanings, and system optimization; communicate directly with customers to explain service solutions and recommend performance improvements; complete service documentation through mobile systems; assist with equipment installations while expanding technical expertise through continued training. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting, repair, or maintenance; backgrounds in HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, refrigeration, food equipment, or similar industries are highly transferable; ability to work independently while managing a daily service route; strong customer service and communication skills; comfort working with light plumbing and electrical systems; valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
