Aurum Wireless is aggressively expanding our MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) division and we are hiring a Consumer Sales Manager to help build and manage apartment, condo, and community partnerships for AT&T and Verizon services. You will work directly with apartment complexes, property managers, leasing offices, and residential communities to create sales opportunities for our teams.

p>The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing construction execution, contractor coordination, schedule/cost controls, commissioning readiness, MOPs, project closeout, and stakeholder communication across mission-critical or data center environments. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support onsite construction, commissioning, and turnover of data center fit-out projects within leased facilities.
The project manager will work directly with the Project Superintendent on all tasks necessary for successful completion of the project, to include but not limited to: Set up and maintain a field construction office. The project manager will be required to manage all stages of the project life cycle under a vegetation management master service contract.
Equipment Used to Perform Job: Pallet jack, box cutter, cash registers, knives, trash compactor, cardboard baler, fork lift, computer, calculator, telephone, FAX machine, two wheeler, register computer, ordering machine, use of limited power equipment, delivery vehicle, Western Union, Hunting/Fishing license computer, and money order machine. Orders merchandise (new product, promotional, seasonal, or to replenish merchandise on hand), verifies delivery of merchandise, ensures quality, compares record with merchandise ordered, and reports discrepancies.
