The Data Farm Program Manager owns operational coordination between the Engineering team and the Data Farm, a high-throughput autonomous welding data generation environment, ensuring that welding Design of Experiments (DOEs) are executed accurately, on schedule, and on the correct welding cell(s), ensuring high experiment throughput, schedule adherence, and execution quality. The Program Manager works closely with Data Farm supervisors and Engineering stakeholders to keep experiments on track and data quality high, proactively identifying execution risks, resolving scheduling conflicts, and escalating blockers to maintain DOE throughput.
