Teaching - 65% • Contribute to and support learning in didactic, predoctoral lab courses, and/or pre-/post-doctoral clinics and/or classroom instruction • Facilitate learning, support concepts and procedures, and demonstrate skills for preclinical courses • Contribute as assigned to the predoctoral dental program, inclusive of its curriculum, competencies, and the preparation of students for the licensing board exam • Support didactic and clinical learning using best evidence. Research/Scholarship - 5% • Collaborate with faculty and serve as a mentor for the students/residents regarding research and scholarly activities leading to grants, presentations, and publications • Participate in department research/scholarly activity initiatives and preparation of manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
